Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Effective Date: June 24, 2025

1. Purpose

This SLA outlines the service expectations, support response times, and system availability for Lead Spark users.

2. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime on a monthly basis. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for third-party outages (e.g., SMS carriers, internet providers, or other integrated systems).

3. Support Commitment

Support is available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), excluding holidays.

4. Response Times

  • Urgent (System Down): 4 business hours
  • High (Major feature failing): 1 business day
  • Medium (Limited issue): 2 business days
  • Low (General inquiries): 3 business days

5. Support Channels

Submit requests to support@sparkmyleads.com or via in-app chat when logged in.

6. SLA Exclusions

This SLA does not apply to delays caused by:

  • SMS carrier filtering or A2P campaign issues
  • Client-side misconfiguration
  • Failures or outages related to third-party platforms, automation tools, payment processors, or communication APIs integrated into the system

7. Updates

Lead Spark reserves the right to update this SLA with notice. Use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance.


Privacy Policy

  • Account info (name, email, phone)
  • Billing info (Stripe-managed)
  • Lead data submitted through the platform

2. How We Use Data

  • To deliver AI-powered messaging and automation services
  • To provide support and improve our platform
  • To fulfill legal obligations

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share data with trusted service providers and subprocessors as necessary to deliver our services, including AI, messaging, automation, and billing functionalities.

4. Data Storage & Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We implement access controls and routine security audits.

5. Consent

By using Lead Spark, you consent to this policy. You are responsible for obtaining consent from your contacts to message them.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion or export of your account data by emailing privacy@sparkmyleads.com.

7. Updates

We may update this policy as needed. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
