Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing, using our services, or completing checkout, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms form a binding agreement between you ("Client") and Lead Spark.

Services

Lead Spark provides AI-powered sales automation services including SMS follow-up, voice qualification, email reactivation, and appointment booking. Pricing is tailored to your business and confirmed during your onboarding call.

Billing & Minimum Commitment

All agreements require an initial 180-day minimum commitment. After the first 180 days, subscriptions continue month-to-month and may be canceled with 30 days' notice.

Payments, Overages & Refunds

All billing is processed in USD via Stripe. Setup fees, subscriptions, and usage charges are non-refundable. Failed or reversed payments may result in service suspension.

Client Responsibilities

• Comply with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and carrier messaging rules
• Obtain lawful opt-in consent for SMS messaging
• Avoid spam, prohibited content, or deceptive practices

A2P 10DLC Compliance

• Business and campaign registration may be required
• Approval is managed by carriers and The Campaign Registry
• Registration fees are non-refundable
• You are responsible for messaging compliance and any associated fines

Liability & Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is." Lead Spark does not guarantee specific results. Liability is limited to the last three months of fees paid.

Governing Law & Contact

These Terms are governed by Wyoming law.
